Halloween House Entertainment Ltd was founded by husband and wife, Kat and Steve, and is a not-for-profit organisation. Any monies from events are donated to our chosen charities or channeled into purchasing more animatronics and props for future events.  

 We have always celebrated Halloween and would decorate the front of our house. We would welcome Trick or Treaters at our door, and they would have to perform a forfeit to receive their treat every Halloween. 

In 2013 we moved into the old cemetery keeper’s house, which felt right and proper, and we set about planning our first Halloween in our new home. 

We found an old wooden coffin bearer in our garden, which was used to take the coffins into the cemetery many years ago. We made a coffin, cut some holes in the side, popped it on the coffin bearer and put bowls of jelly, spaghetti, and other delights inside for little hands to dip into and find a prize. We decorated the car port in a suitable manner and waited……. We had seven families visit that evening and considered this an enormous success! In the following years, our displays went on to become bigger with better scenes and animatronics. We have also made friends along the way who share our love and passion for the Halloween time of year, and they are now part of our Halloween House family and help with the live action part of our displays each year.
